Angle precision square (flat) – precise positioning of parts at a 90° angle

Angle precision square (flat) is a practical auxiliary tool designed for positioning and clamping steel parts on the surface of a welding table using a right angle.

It enables fast and repeatable setting of components, speeding up preparation of structures for welding or assembly.

Construction and functionality

The square has an “L” shape and is manufactured with high accuracy, so it reliably maintains the 90° angle during operation.

The working surfaces provide stable support for the part and make precise alignment easier.

The body features round and elongated mounting holes, which allow the square to be quickly fixed and positioned in the desired place on the table.

This solution makes it easier to work with parts of various shapes and helps keep them exactly in the set position during welding.

System and compatibility

The square is available in versions matched to different hole systems.

The EXPERT variant is available only in the φ28 mm system, while the PRO, PLUS and ECO series are offered in φ16 mm and φ28 mm systems.

Depending on the selected tool series, it fits the following tables:
– EXPERT – for tables from the EXPERT series (25 mm top) and XWT with an EXPERT-type top,
– PRO – for tables from the PRO, XWT and MWT series with a 15 mm top thickness,
– PLUS – for tables from the PLUS, ECO, BASIC, DIY and XWT series with 12 mm and 8 mm top thickness.
