Description
The welding fume extractor IQ Aero Clean Mobile is a mobile filtration and ventilation unit that, thanks to its compact design on wheels, can be easily moved between workstations.
Two types of filters are used in the extraction devices – an anti-spark filter and a 20 m² cartridge filter, ensuring 99.5% filtration efficiency for particles with a diameter of 0.3 μm. The device offers an air flow rate of 6000 m³/h. The noise level generated is 60 dB when operating at 40% power, while at full load (100% power) it reaches 80 dB – measurements were taken in the immediate vicinity of the housing. The device's drive motor has a power of 2.2 kW and is designed for a voltage of 400 V.
The control panel with a clear display and easily accessible control knobs allows for convenient operation of the device and ongoing monitoring of the system. The durable, modular housing provides easy access to filters and facilitates their maintenance and replacement.
