Description

The grinding and welding station is used to capture and remove dust and gases generated during manual grinding or welding and metalwork. The station can work with an exhaust fan or a filter ventilation device.

The base of the stand is adapted for mounting guards and the upper extraction kit.

Each version of the grinding and welding station consists of a work table with a top made of 8 mm thick sheet metal.

The grinding and welding station is available in two worktop sizes:

with dimensions of 1270×770 mm;

with dimensions of 1870×770 mm.

The worktop has mounting holes in a 28 mm diameter grid with a 100×100 mm spacing, as well as additional holes for extracting dust and gases.

The grinding and welding station with guards has a rear guard, while the version with top extraction has a top extraction housing. Both versions (with guards and with top extraction) are equipped with hinged doors on the right and left sides, which allows elements longer than the width of the grinding and welding station to be placed on the table.

Each SOG version has a 160 mm connection pipe mounted on the side surface of the extraction tray. Air can be extracted from below through the extraction tray table. All types of grinding and welding stations are equipped with an extraction tray with drawers, two 230V sockets for connecting power tools and a system for connecting work area lighting.

For GPPH grinding and welding stations, you can use tools from the PLUS series mounted with a 19-22 ECO/PLUS adjustable mandrel.
