Welding support TRESTLE - extension of the workstation and secure support for large workpieces

Welding support TRESTLE is a tool that significantly expands the possibilities of work on the welding table.

You can use it as an extension of the tabletop or as a separate working surface when you work with parts that extend beyond the outline of the table or require additional support. This makes it easier to position larger components, maintain geometry and prepare parts for welding without the need for makeshift supports.

Construction and functionality

The support top has a rigid design reinforced with ribs, which helps maintain stable support when working with heavier workpieces.

TRESTLE provides a solid base for assembly and welding - you can rest a component on it, align it with the layout on the table and keep it in this position throughout the entire process.

The support also works perfectly as a stable platform for assembly work. It allows you to conveniently assemble and fit parts before welding, especially when you need additional surface next to the table.

The top is equipped with mounting holes that are machined and chamfered. Tools seat securely, and installation and removal are smooth and free of sticking.

Hole system and working variants

TRESTLE supports are available in several layouts so you can choose the version that best suits your needs:
- φ16 mm in a diagonal grid and φ28 mm in a diagonal grid - versions that are convenient for larger structures where you often work away from the center of the table,
- φ16 mm in a 50x50 mm grid - a layout that provides denser fixing points and makes work easier when the station is frequently reconfigured.

Each variant allows you to conveniently position tools and workpieces exactly where you need them - regardless of whether the support is used as a separate station or works together with the table.

Accuracy of the tabletop and holes

The support is manufactured with a level of accuracy that really matters in practice:
- tabletop flatness tolerance over the entire surface ≤0.3 mm,
which ensures even support of the workpieces and makes it easier to maintain the required dimensions during assembly.

The mounting holes are manufactured with high precision:
- hole tolerance ±0.05 mm,
- in the ECO series ±0.1 mm.
This ensures that tools and pins seat evenly and that setups are repeatable from one project to the next.

Working scale

On the tabletop there is an engraved scale in a 100x100 mm grid.
It makes it easier to quickly position parts relative to each other, transfer dimensions and control their position during assembly.
