Deliveries of goods purchased on the gpph-group.com website are made via DHL and DPD courier companies.

Shipping costs within Poland – from PLN 20 gross (shipments up to 20 kg)

For orders over 20 kg, domestic shipping costs are doubled for each additional 20 kg.

We do not send cash on delivery shipments. 

All products in our range are carefully packaged to ensure maximum safety for your goods.

Please check the shipment in the presence of the courier. If the shipment is damaged, you must complete a “damage report” (form available from the courier). Complaints without this document will not be considered.

Personal collection / own transport

Personal collection is possible at our company headquarters at GPPH S.C., ul. Racławicka 7, 39-300 Mielec, Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Personal collection is possible after receiving an email informing you that your order has been completed.
